Canopy by Hilton Portland Pearl District

Had a great stay here during a blizzard. Despite the fact that everything was shut down in downtown Portland, we enjoyed our stay there. It's a pretty swanky place to stay, with a room down in the basement where you can hang out and enjoy a beverage and catch up with friends. The rooms themselves were really nice, and staff is very attentive. It's a great hotel to stay in when you're in downtown Portland

I stayed at this hotel for 5 nights over Christmas weekend 2023. The staff was outstanding ! They made me feel welcome and the went out of the way to make my stay pleasant. ( my family member that I was going to stay with became ill right before Christmas so I had to stay in a hotel). The food has been excellent at every meal. They make many of their breads , pastries, soups and desserts in house. Excellent coffee ( I had lattes). My room was very comfortable and quiet ! So happy I stayed at this hotel!!!!

I recently stayed at this lovely hotel nestled in a fantastic setting. The warm welcome and inviting ambiance gave the place a distinct industrial or urban loft style, which I thoroughly enjoyed. The room was delightful, although the shower pressure left much to be desired. Despite this minor inconvenience, my colleagues and I had a pleasant stay. However, we were disappointed to find the bar closed at 10 pm when we returned after dining out. It would be great if the bar hours could be extended for guests who enjoy a late-night drink. Overall, a charming hotel with some room for improvement.

By and large this is a great location. I have stayed here many, many times for business travel. The rooms are clean and comfortable, generally fairly quiet, and have all the amenities I'd want. The hotel is close to many dining options, but the hotel bar/restaurant has great food too. Valet if necessary but there is plentiful lot parking within a block. The lot on Glisan and Park generally has spaces, but can be tight to get in and out of if you have a large vehicle. This is a good part of town that provides easy access to most things you'd want to do in Portland if you are traveling for fun. Prices are reasonable and the staff always very nice. Never once had any issues at this location. Recommended.

The room I booked had bear cold concrete floors with a rug only in the bed area. The lights above were not all working and the bathroom lights turned off while taking a shower. The faucets for the shower head are on the oposite side of where the shower head is. The barn doors that separate the toilet area from the room bloked the drawers from opening. The ac was verry loud. Breakfast was a la carte over 22$ and you have to order at the bar. For that price I expect to sit and have my order taken. The staff was nice. The area is near a park full of homeless people. One was waiting for me to get out of the hotel and snuck in behind me. You have to fill your recyclable watter bottle at the end of the hallway. For $170/night you have to do to many things youself. During my 3 days stay the room was only cleaned once, the first day. They were renovating 2 rooms down the hall and the workers were having a blast with high volume music. Dust was everywere in that area. Overall I did not feel safe or confortable.

Honestly love the concrete floors cause it feels so clean. The bed was amazing and everything was so quiet and perfect for a quick overnight. Expensive but it was worth it for knowing you’re staying in a quality place. Check in agent was very sweet and efficient and recommended a nice restaurant for breakfast after we told her we wanted to try something outside the hotel restaurant. Love that the ice machine is crushy ice. Next level bougie :)
